Ratings: American Idol down 21% from last season, but just down 3% from last week

Just down 3% from last week, although down 21% from last season because the show has more competition on Thursday.

American Idol fans are amazing. This show survived Season 9 and Season 10 looks like a real winner. I love this show!

American Idol’s 7.5 adults 18-49 rating was down just 3% vs. last Thursday, but those results continue to lag well behind last season’s comparable Wednesday outings, as it was 21% behind last season’s third Wednesday’s 9.5 rating.
