Radio Deejay Broadway In Dramatic Reading of Florida Georgia Line Song
My good friend Broadway (of Broadway's Electric Barnyard on CT's Country 92.5) recently took part in an Opry contest that posted examples of celebrities and country radio deejays reading dramatic interpretations of popular country hits.
He chose to read the at times lyrically-bizarre and at best clichéd 'This Is How We Roll' by Florida Georgia Line and featuring Luke Bryan, and the result is pretty hilarious. Some of the others reading lyrics included Bobby Bones, Jeannie Sealy, Janelle Arthur and Blair Garner, but probably the best one is Eric Close (Teddy in ABC's Nashville), reading Taylor Swift's '22'. That guy deserves a medal for sheer gusto.
