Is a "Queers heart Adam Lambert" a political statement? Well, it turns out that the security staff of NBC's Today Show think so. The same show that just aired an interview with a woman who tried to assassinate former President Gerald Ford the other day.
These guys who brought this sign were harassed and threatened with expulsion for "offending" people and making a "political" statement by displaying a "Queers heart Adam Lambert" sign. Fortunately, some higher-ups with better sense (and IQ) intervened and allowed the fans to stay.
