Pushing Daisies - Episode 02 - Dummies - Kristin Chenoweth - Hopelessly Devoted to You
Pushing Daisies is a fun show to watch. A pie-maker can revive dead people by touching them, but if he touches them again, that person (or living thing) dies. If a revived person stays alive for a while, another person dies in exchange. Pretty simple, yeah? The problem is, a private detective has learned of the pie-maker's skills and wants to use his powers to solve crimes (or he'll turn the pie-maker in), and one of the victims turned out to be the pie-maker's childhood "sweetheart". So she gets revived, and the pie-maker doesn't want to touch her again because she will die. Fun. Meanwhile, the waitress, played by Kristin Chenoweth, at the pie-maker's restaurant the Pie Hole, is hopelessly in love with him.
So here she is, the awesome Kristin Chenoweth singing one of my favorite songs of all time, Hopelessly Devoted to You on Pushing Daisies...
