Jeffrey goes over budget by $200 and the pleated shorts which didn't have a receipt was removed from his collection. $200 worth of his collection was also removed -- which were the wigs!

Chloe Dao thinks that Uli had a better collection than Michael. Oh no -- the soundbites were favoring Uli over Michael. Some liked Laura and only one liked Jeffrey. Only a few more minutes before the result!
