Project Runway: Season 2 - Finale - Part 1

It's the finale! But we won't find out who the winner is until next week. This week's episode was a recap of what the Top 3 finalists have been up to for 5 months before Olympus Fashion Week getting their collection ready.

I was quite surprised at 1) How seemingly unprepared Chloe Dao was, 2) How dedicated Santino Rice was, and 3) How clueless Daniel Vosovic was to how bad his collection was turning out.

As the Top 3 frantically put the finishing touches to their dresses 2 days before the show, they get greeted by another challenge: Make a 13th dress.

It seemed Chloe, Santino and Daniel were designed out, and they were made to choose an assistant among the eliminated designers who paid them a visit.

Daniel chose Nick Verreos. Santino chose Andrae Gonzalo. And Chloe chose Diana Eng! I'm speechless. I was thinking she would choose Kara Janx, but now that I'm thinking of it, they couldn't really choose Kara because Kara was also working on her line to keep the final 3 secret during fashion week! Oh well.

Anyway, based on how they were talking I think these were the 13th dresses that they made:

For Chloe, the gold babydoll dress that she and Diana were discussing

For Santino, most likely this maroon dress, being worn by none other than Andrae's model

For Daniel, I think this "one-piece" that he and Nick discussed, which for all intents and purposes looked as hideous as the rest of the line... hahaha. Well, Daniel had these bags with gigantic wooden handles which he wanted every model to bring that obviously didn't make it to the runway. Something happened during those 5-months that will be a mystery for Project: Runway viewers everywhere. Must be the new haircut.

I'm such a dedicated blogger. Nothing's stopping me! LOL
