Producers Guild winners (FULL LIST)

ARGO, Ben Affleck's film about the Iran hostage crisis, took the huge prize at the Producers Guild of America awards ceremony earlier tonight.
An award from the Producers Guild of America is one of the most prestigious honors in film, but beyond that, the PGA also serves as a fairly incisive look at which film has the most momentum going into the Oscar race. This is because the PGA being the only other awards-giving body that utilizes the same preferential balloting techniques that the Academy has employed in recent years. The Producers Guild and Oscar match-up roughly 70% of the time, with 16 out of 23 Best Picture Oscar winners being forecasted by the PGA. Argo's win is HUGE, positioning it to be the next Driving Miss Daisy, which is one of only three films in the history of the Oscars to win Best Picture without a corresponding Best Director nomination. Can Argo really derail the Lincoln train?
Of course, I'm burying the lede here, as the PGA doesn't exist to predict the Oscars (though it's one of the few reasons anyone really pays attention to it in the online community). In reality, it's a tremendous honor in itself, recognizing not only film, but also TV and documentary filmmaking.
