Prince signs with Warner Bros. and promises a brand-new studio album

Prince has signed with Warner Bros.

A new studio album is on the way, plus a reissue of Purple Rain on its 30th anniversary and more unheard music.

Rejoice, planet, rejoice!

Prince said in a news release:

"A brand-new studio album is on the way and both Warner Bros. Records and Eye are quite pleased with the results of the negotiations and look forward to a fruitful working relationship."

I am so excited. I love Prince so much. He was my idol growing up.
