Pretty Little Liars - Moments Later - Recap

Hanna is alright.. if you can consider a broken leg and a host of other injuries alright. And surprisingly, she doesn't have amnesia or anything. I was so sure they would have her forget what she saw but I'm not going to complain. The car that hit her was abandoned and her attacker is still unknown.

The person Hanna saw spying on Aria and Fitz in the car was Noel. Kind of creepy. He visits Hannah in the hospital but doesn't seem like a murderer to me. If anything his intentions were cute. He allegedly wanted to play a prank on the girls at Mona's party and saw Aria with Fitz. He was shocked and thought Ezra had been abusing and taking advantage of Aria and wants to go to the cops. Aria tries to hush him up and is forced to confess to the girls about her affair with their teacher. Awkward. I'm not buying that Noel has anything to do with Alison. However, there are a whole bunch of other people who DO and what the girls really should be worried about is the hospital's lack of security.

It seems like just anyone is waltzing in when they're not supposed to. Lucas is visiting Hanna a lot, even in the dead of night. Does that seem like an innocent action? Remember when he had mud on his shoes a few episodes back indicating he may have been guilty? He kisses Hanna as she sleeps. Are these just the actions of an unpopular kid with a crush? Would he have hurt Hanna? What's he going to do now that Hanna has shot him down? It's always the nice ones you don't suspect so for now, he's on my list of suspects. Being bullied by Ali just may be too obvious though..

Someone else I wasn't expecting to see in the hospital was Ali herself. Hanna..hallucinates?..Alison in her hospital room. And not just one of those creepy apparitions we keep seeing but she actually has a full conversation with her. Complete with clues suggesting the girls already have all they need to know about what happened the night Ali disappeared. The girls are just not remembering. Why are the girls having all these visions of Alison? For one crazy moment I thought it was Hanna being drugged. Is Alison really dead? Is she visiting FROM the dead? Why is she warning Hanna in the hospital room? And what is she warning her for? Did she fake her own death?

Poor Toby is still in jail for Ali's murder and Jenna refuses to let Emily see or speak to him. Jenna is a nutcase in my opinion and Toby probably feels safer behind bars. Emily is struggling with her sexuality as well. With her father home, she breaks down and tells him the truth about who she is. He takes it pretty well as far as these things go. It's Emily's mom that takes it horribly and thinks it's wrong. With everything going on, she should be happy her daughter is alive and well.

Lastly, it's Spencer's turn for a surprise. She takes Aria to see the tree with the carving of Alison and Ian and they discover that the entire tree has been cut down. This not only freaks them out, but makes them wonder how many people they're dealing with. Someone who wanted them to see that carving, and someone who didn't. Did Ian cut it down? He sure seems to want to keep himself close by. Him and Melissa elope so whatever his story is, it won't be a secret for long.

Whoever A is, they're a bit psychotic. I'm curious about the big reveal down the line. It's always who you least expect. Who do you think it is? Who would be able to sneak into Hanna's room and sign her cast with A's signature? If I were the girls, I'd be asking for hospital security camera footage ASAP. I can't understand why they haven't been to the cops yet.
