President George W. Bush "Not That Concerned" About Osama Bin Laden on March 13, 2002 - Video

I don't understand why people insist on thanking George W. Bush for the killing of Osama Bin Laden when he said he was 'truly not that concerned' about Bin Laden just six months after 9/11 (his own words).
Bush authorized the U.S. invasion of Iraq one year later on March 19, 2003.
Bin Laden wasn't a big deal to Bush then, so why should we care now? And if you are a fan of Bush (who wasn't concerned whether Bin Laden was dead or alive) then why would you need more proof of Bin Laden's death beyond the word of the U.S. Military and the U.S. Government?
