Harper was just 11-weeks-old when she was adopted by her new family, but she struggled to get over being separated from her mother. A couple months later, Harper finally gets to reunite with her mother, seeing her for the first time since she was a puppy! It's a reunion that's among the most emotional you'll see, whether dog or human. It's beautiful to see the parent-puppy bond remain so strong, even after months of separation. Watch the video below:
