My updates were late tonight because I watched Mumford and Sons at Tribeca (thanks I Heart Radio!)

All I can say to my fellow 20 million American Idol fans is that you guys need to get off your couches and go out into the world and listen to real music. American Idol is a karaoke-fest. It's an amazing show because it makes us believe for a couple months in a year that we are actually listening and watching to the re-incarnation of Luther Vandross or that someone on the show is about to revive Heavy Metal across the country by singing Heavy Metal. Seriously. We watch because we like these people for many reasons other than singing. If you watch American Idol to listen to good music, you really need to go out more. I watch to be entertained. I am -- and that's what matters. But the singing and the judging on this show is a joke.

That being said, please save Stefano Langone! He's so amazing! One more week guys! Do it for me!
