Poll: Who's your favorite? American Idol Top 12 Performance + Recap

What an interesting show tonight! The contestants choose songs from the year they were born on American Idol. Some were 90's songs. That made me feel old!
The judges were very "critical" in the beginning, but they were not able to sustain it as they ended up praising the over-the-top performance of Jacob Lusk. So for Naima Adedapo pitch problems matter, but for Jacob it doesn't? Hmmm... Randy called Jacob "genius" -- really?
My favorites of the night (and you guys know I am biased, so shush):
Stefano Langone - Tied for the best of the night with a perfect song choice for his Liza Minnelli style of singing. Save Stefano Minnelli! Be Italian baby!
Pia Toscano - So consistent, she is still the front runner to win it all. This performance was amazing... again.
Paul McDonald - A very controversial figure on the show right now being the VFTW pick, but I love him!
Lauren Alaina - Tied for the best of the night. Perfectly sung. So happy Lauren is back.
Scotty McCreery - This guy can sing! He can record right now. I'm sure Nashville is quite excited at the moment.
Others: Casey Abrams took a risk with a Nirvana song which I think his fans will love, and James Durbin managed to book a duet with Steven Tyler in the finale via Live TV!
The worst: Thia Megia, Haley Reinhart and Karen Rodriguez. But Karen might just take the cake for singing the "kiss of death song" Love Will Lead You Back. Tomorrow, she might just sing: "Saying goodbye, is never an easy thing..." Plus, who's going to vote for Snooki on American Idol?
