Police May Have Exaggerated Justin Bieber's Police Report

Uhoh. Have the police made a big mistake in the latest scandal from Justin Bieber? According to TMZ, police may have fudged and exaggerated the police report.

Reportedly, Justin may not have been drunk at all. In fact, sources are saying he barely had any alcohol in his system at all.

We have now confirmed Justin's actual blood alcohol level ... it was .014 -- next to nothing.  Legal intoxication is .08.  Law enforcement sources told TMZ Thursday Bieber had a .04 ...  but we've now confirmed that is NOT true.  He had a .014 -- an enormous difference.

Police claimed they pulled Justin over when they say he reeked of alcohol.

While it's a huge problem if the police report contains information that isn't factual, does it really matter in the case of a DUI? Wouldn't marijuana be enough for driving under the influence? Plus, let's not forget, the little entitled Canadian was drag racing.

Justin Bieber's arrest is just the latest scandal to hit the singer in 2014. His house was recently raided connected to an egg throwing incident.
