Pink and Carey Hart Being Sued By Photographer Over Altercation

A photographer is suing Pink and her hubbie Carey Hart for assault and battery after a fight back in June led to a scuffle.

Boris Issaei, said photographer, was trying to get shots of the couple's daughter while Pink was changing her diaper on a playground in Malibu and a fight ensued.

Issaei claims Hart yelled at him, calling him a "f*cking pedophile" while Pink screamed, "You're photographing my baby naked."

Hart's friend then attacked the paparazzo, allegedly kicking him repeatedly in the shin, the groin and stomping on his feet while Pink supposedly told him he deserved what he got.

He's suing for unspecified damages for assault, battery and the destruction of his camera equipment.

At the time of the incident police were called to the scene but no one was arrested.
