Philip Seymour Hoffman's Will Reveals No Trust Funds for Kids

Seems that Philip Seymour Hoffman's last will and testament were obtained by the media (after the documents were filed in New York City) which reveal that Hoffman didn't leave his children anything.

Because he didn't want them to become trust fund kids.

Apparently, Hoffman told his accountant that he "did not want his children to be considered 'trust fund' kids" and left the estate to his partner Mimi O'Donnell instead.

She will of course use the reported $35 million to raise their children.

According to the documents, Mimi was treated as if she were a wife in legal terms and that Hoffman "simply did not believe in marriage."

Which as expected "did not affect his affinity or relationship" with her.

His initial will also stated that his then 1-year-old son "be raised in a city with art and culture."

Hoffman recently passed away on Feb. 2 from a drug overdose.
