Philip Seymour Hoffman to Be Digitally Recreated for 'Hunger Games'

Even though the Hunger Games franchise only had one week left to film with the late Philip Seymour Hoffman, it's being reported he will be digitally recreated in the movie.

According to Page Six, the deceased actor will still take part in a major and yet to be filmed scene in the final Mockingjay film thanks to the magic of technology.

Sources close to production claim that a combination of CGI and camera tricks will be used to make it seem like Hoffman was in the scene after all.

"You can do digital things, you can have conversations where you’re not focusing on him but the people he’s talking to," the insider from Lionsgate revealed.

Let's just hope it's nothing like a Tupac hologram.
