Person of Interest - Recap - Girl Power!
If anyone was hoping Shaw would become Root's bitch in this episode...well get ready to enjoy lots of girl on girl scenes tonight. The dynamic duo is here to stay. At least for tonight.
Read on for our recap of season 3 episode 6 of Person of Interest: "Mors Praematura".
After being taken by Root (Amy Acker) last week, Shaw (Sarah Shahi) is tasered and tied to a steering wheel. Root is in the passenger seat and the fun begins. Root wants her help. The Machine has a plan for the both of them but Root isn't sharing what that is. She's going on blind faith.
The new number of the week is an estate investigator trying to solve the murder of his foster brother. While working with him, Finch discovers a storage unit with a sophisticated hidden code on the walls. When the building goes up in flames, Finch (Michael Emerson) realizes our old friends are back. Remember the new mysterious organization that was super against the government invading our privacy? Well, they're back and they're causing trouble. And they have a name! Vigilance. I wonder if Mad-Eye Moody is involved.
In other news, Laskey is learning the hard way that working with HR has consequences. Carter (Taraji P. Henson) is not surprised. I don't feel bad for this guy though.
Root and Shaw are working together in a new partnership and become entangled in John and Harold's attempts to save their latest Person of Interest. The leader of Vigilance manages to get away unscathed but something tells me we'll be seeing him again. We'll also be seeing a lot more of Root as well. Finch locks her away in her own personalized cage.
Bear isn't the only pet anymore.
