Peabody Awards 2014 Honor Record-Breaking 46 Recipients

The University of Georgia’s 73rd Annual Peabody Awards has made history.

The prestigious Peabody board is honoring a record-breaking 46 recipients for 2014, chosen from nearly 1,100 entries of the “best in electronic media for 2013.” This includes some of the most successful TV of the year, not just from the United States (House of Cards), but also from the UK (Broadchurch), Denmark (Borgen), and beyond. Awards recipients also include "local news to international coverage," as well as "entertainment series, documentaries, web-based winners and more." It's an eclectic mix of honorees that should basically give you a bunch of ideas for your Netflix queue.
