Pauly D Wants Custody of His Daughter

Jersey Shore star turned DJ Pauly D recently found out he has a daughter from a one-time fling in Las Vegas and now he's seeking custody.

You know, even though he initially urged her to get an abortion. Honestly though, way to step up.

"Sometimes in life things aren't planned and they may even scare you at first, but they end up being a blessing, that is how I feel about having a daughter," he revealed to Us Weekly in a statement. "I'm looking forward to being a parent to her."

Seeking to cement his new role as father, a source close to the situation says that Pauly D (full name Paul DelVecchio) has filed a motion for a custody hearing in Las Vegas where he owns a home, has requested visitation and is looking for full custody.

His daughter, Amabella (no, really) is five-months-old and currently resides in New Jersey with her mother whom DelVecchio met while DJing.

And by "met" you totally know what we mean.
