Paulina Rubio accused of hiding 'The X Factor' earnings from ex-husband

Paulina Rubio, or as we at Rickey.org call her, "PauCharo," has been accused of hiding her earnings as a judge on The X Factor USA from her ex-husband!

PauCharo's ex, Nicolas Vallejo Najera, accuses her of "concealing her contracts with the show during their divorce proceedings." Paulina and Nicolas were married for five years before divorcing in March. The couple has a 3-year old son.

When the two settled earlier this year, Paulina agreed to him $6,750 a month in spousal support for three years, but Nicolas is saying that she didn't include The X Factor earnings and other TV deals.

PauCharo makes $1.5 million per year (which isn't much at all in the grand scheme of reality television judging). Kelly Rowland takes home $1 million, Demi takes $2 million, and Simon gets $75-90 million.

Of course, PauCharo is denying all claims, calling her ex-husband a "whiner." LOL. Get it PauCharo!
