Paula Patton Files for Divorce From Robin Thicke

Paula Patton has officially filed for divorce from husband Robin Thicke after completing separation paperwork in February of this year.

The Los Angeles Superior Court confirmed the news to Us Weekly, saying the marriage of 8-years is ending.

Seems like admitting he did not write "Blurred Lines" and his album attempting to win her back did nothing to fix the already tenuous relationship.

The separation itself came shortly after Thicke's controversial VMAs performance and in the wake of a photo surfacing in which he warmed his hand on a fan's derriere.

According to sources the divorce is "harmonious."

Patton is requesting joint legal and physical custody of the couple's 4-year-old son Julian.
