Paula Deen is getting back in the saddle.

Disgraced Food Network star Paula Deen appeared at the South Beach Food and Wine Festival over the weekend with her former colleague Robert Irvine.

Paula announced to a crowd of cheers that she wasn't a quitter and she wasn't giving up. Paula was involved in a media firestorm last year when a former employee accused her of racial discrimination and sexual harassment. From there, Paula's racism spiraled out of control.

"We have come off of a very hard summer my family and I, my team, my partners." "But you know, I have heard on more than one occasion ... that I've never apologized. So if anybody did not hear me apologize, I would like to apologize to those who did not hear me."

Paula then sealed her hopes for a comeback by "getting back in the saddle" and riding Robert Irvine across the stage.
