Paula Deen fired by Smithfield Pork Company

Paula Deen has been fired by Smithfield, makers of spiral ham.

Deen was fired by The Food Network after she admitted in court that she was a racist. Her TV deal with QVC is also in jeopardy.

She canceled an appearance at the last minute on TODAY last week, but has now rescheduled for a full interview.

She made series of videos on YouTube to apologize for being a racist, but it was not received well – as she appeared insincere and had to upload a new “unedited” video.
