Paula Abdul's Path to Return to American Idol: Focus Groups

RadarOnline reports that Fox execs are using secret focus groups to measure Paula Abdul's worth as a judge. A video of the guest judges during the auditions (which so far have included Posh Spice, Mary J. Blige, Shania Twain and possibly Kelly Clarkson and Joe Jonas) will be shown in comparison to Paula to these focus groups. If Paula consistently scores far higher than any other person in her chair, then Fox might make her an offer she won't refuse.

My assessment? It's over. But Paula does fuel a lot of gossip these days.
