Paul McDonald painted on Nikki Reed's nails - Picture

Nikki Reed painted Paul McDonald's face on her fingernails at the Teen Choice Awards 2011 yesterday. She copied Katy Perry who also did that for her fiancé in 2010 during the VMAs.

She's so madly in love! Good for her.

Yup, that's the face of her fiancé of about two months, American Idol alum Paul McDonald, on each of her nails.

The Twilight beauty told me it took about four hours to complete. And she didn't even tell McDonald about it.

Until now, that is.

"I told him I have a surprise for him," Reed said.

When I took a photo of her hands, Reed said, "I'll show him when you post the picture!"
