'The Originals' Declared War on 'Pretty Little Liars' Last Night

An epic battle raged last night between the CW's vampire series The Originals and ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars over their shared time-slot and yes, there was blood.

It all started when The Originals promoted their spin-off show with a spoof on Liars, telling viewers that all the good stuff was on another channel (emphasis on the A, which Liars uses to promote their dastardly villain known only as A).

To which the PLL Twitter account responded, referring to the vampire series as The Unoriginals:

Maybe it's just us, but this battle is a lot bloodier than when Elementary and Sleepy Hollow settle their differences.

Not even a little bit deterred, an ad for The Originals then aired during one of Liars commercial breaks, urging viewers to switch over to the CW.
