Glee has decided to cover One Direction's 'What Makes You Beautiful'!

I'm not surprised by this at all. Glee needs all the help it can get to attract viewers and covering one of the biggest boybands in the world right now is definitely going to do it.

Guess who's singing it?

Matthew Morrison! Hahaha!

Oh lordy lordy.

Morrison tells The Sun that he has been watching online videos of One Direction to research on how to sing the song.

So which is the better news? This or Lindsay Lohan appearing on Glee?

Matthew Morrison, who plays teacher Will Schuester, is going to croon the song as the boyband takes another step towards world domination.

The lads are expected to be over the moon about the honour — which comes as they celebrate their album Up All Night debuting at No1 in the US charts last week.

Actor Matt says he will be watching the group performing the single online so that he knows it inside out before doing his own version.

But he admitted he has only recently got to know about the former X Factor band — which has legions of screaming teen fans.

He said: "I've just heard of them, they're really taking over the States.

"We are covering one of their songs on Glee — What Makes You Beautiful.

"I need to YouTube it to practise."
