One Direction, Justin Bieber Nominated For MTV European Music Awards

As we get closer and closer to the 2013 MTV European Music Awards, the nominees and celebrity appearances continue to grow. MTV gathered nine fans from around the world to reveal the 10 nominees that will compete for the Worldwide Act category at this year's ceremony.

It appears that there will be one act per region and lucky for us, North America will be represented by Justin Bieber. One Direction will be representing all of North Europe.

The nominees were cut down from 186 global musical acts to the 10 that you see here. Fans can begin voting in this category over at the EMA website up until November 8th.

The 2013 MTV European Music Awards will be held in Amsterdam on November 10th. This year's EMAs will feature performances by Miley Cyrus, Robin Thicke, Bruno Mars, Katy Perry and more.
