One Direction in L.A. to work on album

Oh how exciting! I hope Zayn Malik and the rest of One Direction go all the way with this.

Yesterday, they met up with Cher Lloyd and Savan Kotecha in L.A.

Savan wrote Carrie Underwood's "Inside Your Heaven" and co-wrote Usher's "DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love" and Adam Lambert's "If I Had You". I hope he has some amazing hit for One Direction. I am so excited!

From Daily Mail:

X Factor favourites One Direction have been spotted out together as a band for the first time since the X Factor as they flew into Los Angeles yesterday - and Zayn Malik revealed he's got rid of his quiff for a floppy fringe.

In keeping with the rest of his bandmates - bar curly haired Harry Styles - Zayn appears to have opted for a more Justin Bieber-esque swept forward style.

The boy band finalists are thought to be over in the States to work on their forthcoming debut album.
