One Direction could make Billboard 200 chart history next week

One Direction could make Billboard 200 chart history next week and we need your help to make it happen!

The boys from The X Factor could land at #1 -- and become the first U.K. group in history to debut at #1 with their first album. Right now, the numbers show that 1D may just do that, but we can't be overconfident. We have to make sure it happens! Just think of the 1D haters and doubters -- this will shut them up for a while. Buy the album everyone! Buy it for yourself and your friends. Go 1D!

From Billboard:

One Direction could be on the way to making history on the Billboard 200 albums chart next week.

Industry sources suggest the vocal quintet's "Up All Night" may sell between 160,000 and 180,000 copies by the end of the tracking week on March 18.

That sum could be enough to snag a No. 1 bow -- and it would mark the first U.K. group in history to debut at No. 1 with its first album.

Adele's "21" set may also sell around 150,000 to 160,000 -- so that album could block One Direction from No. 1 and make a return to the top (for a 24th week!).
