Olivia Wilde is the latest actor to join Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger's upcoming HBO pilot alongside Emmy winner Bobby Canavale.

The untitled pilot centers on the "drug and sex-fueled music business of 1970s New York as punk and disco are on the rise,"
The story will be told through the eyes of Cannavale’s Richie Finestra, "a record executive trying to resurrect his label and find the next new sound." Wilde, meanwhile, will play the role of Devon Finestra, Richie’s wife. A former actress-model, Devon embraces a return to her former Bohemian life after Richie’s issues cause problems in their relationship.

Scorsese will direct the pilot, which will be written by longtime collaborator Terence Winter (Boardwalk Empire, The Wolf of Wall Street), and George Mastras (Breaking Bad), who will serve as showrunner. All are executive producing alongside Jagger, Victoria Pearman, Emma Tillinger Koskoff and Rick Yorn.

No other casting or premiere details have been revealed just yet, but the pilot is scheduled to begin filming early this summer. Given the caliber of talent involved, it already sounds like a winner.
