Oh My Disney Parodies 'Counting Stars' With Disney Villains (VIDEO)

'Counting Stars' remains one of the most recognizable songs on the radio, at the moment, and among the most popular songs OneRepublic has ever done. So it's not that big a surprise that people are covering it. Although this version from Oh My Disney is a bit different from the norm: it's a parody song called 'Counting Scars', and it features a host of Disney villains to liven up the track.

Oh My Disney, one of the official blogs featured on Disney.com, put together this video, which features a story centered on "a villainous All Hallow’s Eve" in which a mysterious spell "happened to fall upon a seemingly normal group of 20-somethings."

"They’ve been watching the annual scariest villain of the year countdown," the blog notes, "and they’re none too pleased that once again Scar has won the coveted title. An elaborate set-up (we’ll admit) to determine once and for all which villain was the most fearsome this year."

It's a pretty amusing video that features some really talented singers playing everyone from Maleficent to Cruella de Vil. Even Ursula makes an appearance. And the costumes are pretty great, to boot. Then again, I would imagine any officially-sanctioned Disney property would get the costumes right, at the very least. Check out the full video below via Oh My Disney:
