Note To God - JoJo vs Charice Showdown

By JayeSD ·

On May 18, 2009, Charice Pempengco went on the Oprah Winfrey Show to sing her first internationally released single, Note To God. For many people, this was the first introduction to this song and to Charice herself, though she had appeared on previous episodes of the Oprah Winfrey Show and on Ellen.

But what most people don't know is this song is that this song previously appeared on R&B singer JoJo's album, The High Road. JoJo's version is simple, though darker; at times, relaying a sense of foreboding as she sings the song. It has a raw feel to it that has been cleaned up and ornamented in Charice's version of the song.

What do you think? Which version do you like better and why? COMMENT BELOW!!
