Noah - Official Super Bowl Teaser Spot - Video

It's been a while since we've had a big-screen Biblical epic, but Russell Crowe is hoping that audiences have grown nostalgic for movies like The Ten Commandments, Ben-Hur, and The Greatest Story Ever Told, as he's now going to be starring in a Biblical epic of his own (in lieu of Charlton Heston being alive to fill the role). Now, the film is premiering a huge teaser during the Super Bowl...which you can watch now!

The 35-second teaser for Noah gives us a glimpse at Russell Crowe as the iconic Biblical patriarch who built an ark to save civilization from the pesky interference of water. The visual effects certainly look worthy of the subject material, as I don't think a single dollar of the film's $130 million budget is wasted. Of course, one would guess that a sizable portion of that budget was spent on the cast, since it's an all-star lineup. In addition to Russell Crowe, Noah stars Anthony Hopkins, Emma Watson, Jennifer Connelly, Douglas Booth, Logan Lerman, Nick Nolte, Frank Langella and Ray Winstone. So yeah, this might not be everyone's cuppa, but me? I AM SO READY FOR THIS! You can watch the full video below:

Directed by Darren Aronofsky (Black Swan), Noah hits theaters on March 28.
