American Idol Season 8, Top 07 Elimination

After looking at the numbers across the internet, I can honestly say I have no clue who will be leaving this evening, if anyone does. Lil, Matt and Anoop have been bandied about as possible evictees, and the 'Judge's Save' is still out there for whomever lands on the bottom of the voter's scoreboard.

Freeze Frame for the Ford Video this week. with magazine covers singing at us. And they go for 'Maniac' for the group song. Kris opens it up, with Allison next, then Anoop, Soon the others all have a chance, and they actually sounded great tonight!

Allison first, and they chat a bit. and safe. Adam is next, and he is safe and loves Rocky Horror. Anoop is next. He has to ask Ryan to cut him a break and give an answer. He is bottom 3.

J-Hud up next. Only Idol to win an Oscar, with a nice tribute. She is singing her new single, and looks and sounds fantastic!

Anooop is a bit frustratted, and Simon thinks he should be in the Bottom 3. Kris and Lil up next. Kris is safe, and Lil is Bottom 3. Matt and Danny, and they chat away before Matt is told he is in the Bottom 3. Anoop is sent back to the couch.

There were over 36 million votes, and Lil is safe, and Matt is the lowest vote-getter. He sings again, and it is even worse than last night. Simon thinks he might consider the save. Asks him how many ties he has been in the bottom 3, and then says he doesn't think he can win. Then saves him. That is just silly. But they are done on time, and Matt cries.

OK, the Save is off the table, and two people will be going home next week.
