No Doubt to Reunite for Teen Choice Awards

No Doubt announced it would be reuniting onstage for the first time in over two years by performing at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards July 22.

The ska-punk rock band, which includes Gwen Stefani, will debut its new single at the awards show.

"I can't believe this is actually happening," Stefani said. "The idea of playing our new music live is heaven on earth."

No Doubt's hits include "Don't Speak," "Hey Baby" and "Hella Good."

In what turned out to be an eventful day, the band also learned that its 2009 complaint against game maker Activision will go to trial later this year.

The complaint alleges that the company's video game, Band Hero, violates publicity rights by letting players manipulate band members' avatars in ways they would never actually act.
