Nigel Barker to host 'The Face' from Naomi Campbell

Nigel Barker has found a job after Tyra Banks fired him from America's Next Top Model. He will be the host of Naomi Campbell's new show The Face which airs on Oxygen in 2013.

It will be another model search reality show and this time the models are vying to become "the face" of a national brand.

From WENN:

Producers of NAOMI CAMPBELL's new reality show THE FACE have hired former AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL judge NIGEL BARKER as their host, after he was axed from her former catwalk rival TYRA BANKS' successful CW program.

Things are already heating up at the British supermodel's new show, as the popular photographer/judge has signed on to host The Face. Fans are familiar with the UK hunk, as he was seen on 18 cycles of America's Next Top Model - a show created and hosted by Banks.

Earlier this year, Banks and her fellow producers decided to make some drastic personnel changes for the upcoming 19th season of ANTM, opting not to renew Barker's contract, and ousting fan favorites Jay Manuel and J. Alexander.

Luckily for Barker, he managed to nab a spot on Campbell's new reality show, which focuses on aspiring models competing to become 'the face' of a major national brand. Although it seems similar to Barker's previous job, The Face will have the star power of supermodels as team mentors, including Campbell and the recently announced Karolina Kurkova and Coco Rocha.

The coaches will guide the hopefuls throughout the series, advising them as they go through challenges such as photoshoots, runway shows, and commercials with some of the industry's top photographers and designers.

Auditions for The Face began in July 2012, and the program is scheduled to air on the Oxygen network in 2013.
