New York Film Critics Circle Awards - Full Winners List

Credit: NYFCC

The New York Film Critics Circle has made its selections for the best in film for 2013, and they've chosen David O. Russell's American Hustle as the Best Film of the year, the second high-profile loss for Steve McQueen's 12 Years A Slave this season. However, McQueen did score a significant win by taking home the award for Best Director. In lead categories, legendary screen star Robert Redford took home Best Actor for All Is Lost, and Cate Blanchett scored Best Actress for Blue Jasmine. Meanwhile, Jennifer Lawrence earned accolades for her supporting role in American Hustle, while Jared Leto earned a Best Supporting Actor win for Dallas Buyer's Club. Looks like the wealth was split pretty evenly, which could mean a tight, unpredictable Oscar race ahead.
