Netflix's 'Daredevil' Series Casts 'Mighty Ducks' Alum

Netflix’s Daredevil series is beginning to plug holes in its cast with some familiar faces from the 90s. You know, assuming you loved The Mighty Ducks as much as any unrepentant 90s kid.

Elden Henson has been cast as Foggy Nelson, the best friend of Matt Murdock/Daredevil (played by Boardwalk Empire alum Charlie Cox). Henson is best known for playing Fulton Reed, the stone-faced outsider from The Mighty Ducks franchise. However, more recently, he's been working in a new franchise: he'll be playing Pollux in the final two Hunger Games movies: Mockingjay - Part 1 and Mockingjay - Part 2.

For who Foggy Nelson is in the comics, this is a pretty perfect bit of casting. So yeah...no complaints on my end. Also...quack.
