NBC Pulls 'Crisis' and 'Believe' From Schedule

In a move that's basically the first stop before cancellation, NBC has pulled freshman dramas Crisis and Believe from its schedule.

Effective May 18, the final Sunday of the lucrative May Sweeps period, Crisis and Believe will be replaced by a Women of SNL special. Both shows have about four original episodes left to air in their respective orders, but it's unknown at the time if NBC will burn off the remaining episodes at some point in the future. Neither series was exactly a ratings bonanza for the network, nor were they critical successes. So this news isn't particularly surprising, although it has to be disappointing for fans of the show, which I'm sure exist (I don't think there's a television show on Earth that doesn't have some fans, even if they aren't exactly a vocal lot).
