Well, it turns out it's just one summer for NBC's Camp.

Series star Nikolai Nikolaeff confirmed on Twitter that NBC has cancelled the summer comedy-drama after one season.

So... It was a great summer and I loved every minute of it. Sorry to all the @NBCCamp fans out there but no go on #CampSeason2. #upsetting.

The show, centering on a group of teens and adults both young and old at the fictional Camp Little Otter, was one of the big surprises of the summer in terms of quality, affecting comedy-drama. So yeah, a total shame. This was such an undervalued gem of a show. But hey, it's NBC. Any new show that survives one season on that network these days is doing something miraculous.
