MTV Star Erik Roner Dead at 38 After Skydiving Accident

Erik Roner, star of MTV's "Nitro Circus" has died. He was 38.

TMZ reports that a spokesperson for Squaw Valley Ski Resort confirms that Roner was part of a group of skydivers performing in an opening act for a golf tournament when the accident happened.

Roner hit a tree on his way down and died from those injuries.

Erik Roner is considered a legend in the action sports community.
