Morning After Idol Thoughts: Boston & ATL
(Here's Lori's recap of the Boston and Atlanta Auditions)
Happy Season 9 folks!
This is an "historic" season because it's the last time we'll have Simon on American Idol, so enjoy him (or hate him) while you can! I found myself appreciating him more during these auditions, probably because I knew he'd be gone in a few months (and over to the X-Factor). The man's mean, but hilarious (most of the time). I think I will actually miss him!
But what am I talking about?? Apparently last night's "Pants on the Ground" was the audition heard 'round the world. #PantsOnTheGround was the top trending topic on Twitter literally seconds after the audition ended. What an adorable man he was. And check it out! General Larry Pratt has been a lifetime Civil Rights activist and is very well-known and respected in Georgia and beyond (via USA Today & @rickey). He's no William Hung. I wouldn't be surprised if he made the Morning News circuit this week!
