Modern Family - Hit and Run - Recap

Claire considers running for councilmen when she runs into the jerk that denied her a stop sign. She counts on Phil to run things at home. She starts to doubt her decision to run when Phil drugs Alex, punches Luke in the eye and allows Haley to lose 900 dollars of other people's money for fake IDs.

Cam and Mitchell have a spat over Cam's need to be more aggressive in confrontations and Mitchell's desire to play it safe. Cam gets in an argument with a father at the movie theater thinking he's taking his children to a violent movie. They are actually accidentally in The Muppet Movie and Mitchell thinks this proves his point. Later in the day, the two of them get in a car accident and the guy who hits them drives off. Cam wants to run after him but Mitchell thinks the smart thing to do is stay safely behind.

Everyone sides with Cam in tracking down the guy. All the men try to find the guy who stole Haley's money and demand it back. He sneaks out of the house to avoid them and Mitchell comes out of nowhere and drags him to the ground by his hood. LOL
