Mitchell is fed up with the way Cam makes a mess and leaves it in the kitchen. He knows that Mitchell will go nuts the longer it's left and will end up cleaning it for him. Cam makes a deal that he will have the kitchen spotless by the time Mitchell gets home from work but gets sidetracked when Gloria loses Stella. I think Cam is more interested in acting out a Streetcar Named Desire instead of finding a lost dog. Mitchell comes home to find the place still a disaster and relies on a bottle of wine to stop him from cleaning it up. When he gets home, Cam admits that he leaves a mess for him to clean up so Mitchell begins making the place even more of a disaster. Then the adoption agency arrives at the door for their surprise visit. Oops
