TMZ is reporting that an alleged fourth mistress of Tiger Woods is ready to come forward -- and has hired Orlando attorney Michael O'Quinn. She is also a VIP cocktail waitress like mistress #2 Jaimee Grubbs -- the one who appeared on VH1's "Tool Academy" and released Tiger's embarrassing voicemail.
