Miranda Lambert & Blake Shelton Have Bought A Home In Nashville
Well, I guess it was only a matter of time. Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert have finally bought a house in Nashville. The two are residents of Tishomingo, Oklahoma, close to where Blake grew up, and not altogether that far from Longview, Texas, where Miranda once called home.
However, seeing as the two are both recording artists and regularly visit the city, I guess they figured it made sense. "We just bought a house here in Nashville, outside of town," Miranda revealed. "We had a condo for awhile, but we wanted to like, kinda put roots down, because we’re always going to be in Nashville." The couple also lease a place in LA while Blake is coaching on The Voice, which his wife doesn't mind as much as you might think. "When we leave Oklahoma, we’re leaving 20 degree weather and it’s snowing and sleeting, and we get to L.A. and it’s sunny and 75, and I’m just like … ‘Oh, thank goodness.’" Miranda muses.
They're both excited about having a more permanent home in Nashville, however. "We’re here all the time and we’ll always be here recording records and having something to do in Nashville," the 'Kerosene' singer explains. Now I just want to see pictures!
