Miranda Lambert Announces 2014 'Platinum' Tour
Miranda Lambert's fifth studio album Platinum is hitting stores on June 3rd, and she's following it up with a summer tour, named after the record.
"Platinum represents a lifestyle for me," she explained. "It's the color of my hair, my wedding ring, my airstream trailer, so it's just a natural fit for the name of my new album and it's why we decided to name the tour Platinum too."
Visiting 30 cities during its run, the Platinum tour (presented by Crystal Light) begins on July 10 in Fort Loramie, Ohio, and comes to a close on September 20 in Honolulu, Hawaii, also featuring two Canadian shows. Miranda is set to be joined by Justin Moore and Thomas Rhett on the road, with early 00's artist Carolyn Dawn Johnson joining Miranda's band.
