VIDEO: Miley Cyrus Tells Fans to Smoke Weed to Stay Young and Get Some

Miley Cyrus is back in action following her stint in the hospital, and this she's time telling her fans at her London concert to smoke weed (not cigarettes) so they don't age themselves and people want to make out with them.

Which isn't really the worst advice in the world when you think about it.

As she explained to the assembled crowd of Smilers, "Weed has never killed anybody, you guys know that right?"

"So instead of smoking your cigarettes, why don’t you guys just roll a fat joint?"

She would go on to say that she smoked cigarettes for three years ("the best three years" of her life) until they started making her look old and no one wanted to hang out with her.

Apparently the rant only came about because she was "cracked out on B vitamins." Sounds about right.
